Introduction/What is Ivalua?

Ivalua is a cloud based service that empowers suppliers to conduct business online with DRiV Purchasing and Quality. Below you will find elements that will transition to Ivalua from our current processes. Ivalua empowers you to review and update your information (i.e. contacts/locations), review past performance, understand product issues, and sourcing progress.

Supplier Information: Shows pertinent supplier information including name, address, tax ID number, and contacts. The supplier admin contact has the ability to add/edit all other users for the supplier. Other information can be updated through the change request process

Audits: Quality audits (initial/product/process/2nd party) will be scheduled and documented inside Ivalua. The supplier will respond to corrective actions within the system.

Quality/Environmental documents: Quality and environmental certificates will be loaded into the system.

Statutory and regulatory documents: Any mandatory statutory and regulatory will show in the system

Sourcing/Awarding: Quoting and award letters can be completed inside the system

Contracts: Current valid contacts can be stored and viewed by internal and external users

SCARs: Allows a controlled environment to communicate and document corrective actions

Improvement Plans: DRiV suppliers who fail to meet the quality and/or delivery requirements may be brought in for a main offender meeting or placed into supplier improvement program

Monthly Performance Scorecard: monthly evaluation of our suppliers
