Who is eligible for the DRiV Garage Rewards program?
The Garage Rewards Loyalty program is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and an automotive technician or an automotive service/repair shop owner.
How do I earn points?
You earn points by attending training, writing product reviews, completing surveys, sharing product news and more. For a complete list, go to the EARN POINTS page of the website.
Can I get points for referring another technician?
Yes, you can earn 50 points for referring another technician. Go to the EARN POINTS page and click "Refer a Technician" to access the email form. When the technician you referred registers on FMMotorparts.com, gives your email address as the person who referred them and signs up for Garage Rewards, your account will be credited with 50 points.
How long does it take for my points to show up on my account?
Please allow 48 hours for your newly earned points to show up on the "View Points History" section of the website.
How do I redeem my points for gear?
Select the REDEEM POINTS from the top navigation on the website and View the items. Verify that you have enough points to redeem for the item and click REDEEM. Verify your shipping address and complete the screen prompts. Your redemption history is viewable from the "My Points" section at the top of the website.
How can I earn points?
There are several ways to earn points and they are listed on the EARN POINTS page of the website. Check back frequently as this page will be updated with new ways to earn points.
How long will it take to receive my rewards?
Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your reward shipment to arrive.
Can I track my reward shipment?
Yes. Your shipment tracking information is displayed on your account. Click the "View Point History" link and review the "Redemption History" tab. If a number is displayed in the Tracking Number column, your item has been shipped and the link will provide tracking information.
Can I return an item?
Yes, returns are allowed on all products within 30 days of purchase. Please review the Return Policy and instructions.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the order was incorrect or arrived damaged. Please review the Return Policy and instructions.
Can I combine points and money to get a reward item?
No, items can only be redeemed for points and no money is involved in the transaction.
Do my points ever expire?
Yes, points will expire after 18 months of no point accrual or point redemption.
Are there a minimum number of points I can redeem?
Yes, you must redeem a minimum of 1000 points.
What is the maximum number of points I can earn?
A maximum of 10,000 points may be earned per the calendar year. There is also a maximum amount of points that can be earned per point accrual activity, which is listed on the Maximum Points table below.

Do points have a monetary value?
No, points have no monetary value and are only redeemable for items on the Garage Rewards website.
Can I combine points across multiple accounts or gift points?
No, points cannot be combined across accounts and cannot be shared between accounts.
I have the wrong amount of points, how can I fix this?
First, check the "My Points" section and review the "point history" tab. This shows the points that have been earned and points and redeemed. If there is a problem you can contact customer service at 1-800-334-3210.
Returns must be made within 30 days from receipt of merchandise and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
To return an item, fill out the Merchandise Return Form (on the backside of the packing slip) and include it with the item you wish to return.

You will receive a confirmation email once the merchandise has been received. Please allow 10 business days for your loyalty points to be credited to your account.
Exchanges are not allowed with this program. In the event you would like to exchange an item for another one of equal value, you must return the original item, pay the return shipping fees, wait for your points to be credited to your account and then redeem points for a new item.
